Frequently Asked Questions

We do not staff the on-site office full time but we do answer the office number during business hours 7 days a week. Typically we can be at the storage building within 5-10 minutes of a call.

Our outside parking rates start as low as $80.00 per month. We have smaller inside spaces as low as $65.00 per month.

We require a one month deposit. The deposit will be returned in full on up to date accounts assuming return of the key card and barring damage.

We do not provide locks to the units. You are welcome to use either a key or combination lock.

We accept cash, checks and Visa and Mastercard as well as debit cards with either the Visa or Mastercard logo. Payments can be made in the drop box in the front door or mailed to the office. For your convenience we can set up monthly automatic credit card processing.

No, we do not provide insurance.  Most homeowners and renters insurance policies cover items in self storage. Please check with your insurance agent to make sure you are covered.

Our HVAC system is set to keep the temperature at no lower then 60 degrees and no higher then 75 degrees

We offer month to month leases. We have a discount program for yearly pre-pay plans.

You may vacate at any time. We do not prorate on the move out.

You will have access from 5am to 10 pm.
