We do not staff the on-site office full time but we do answer the office number during business hours 7 days a week. Typically we can be at the storage building within 5-10 minutes of a call.
Do you have Boat & RV parking?
Yes. Our location has uncovered outside parking.
What are your rental rates?
Our outside parking rates start as low as $35.00 per month. We have smaller inside spaces as low as $45.00 per month.
Do you require a security deposit?
We require a one month deposit. The depoist will be returned in full on up to date accounts assuming return of the key card and barring damage.
Do you provide locks and what kind of lock do I need?
We do not provide locks to the units. You are welcome to use either a key or combination lock
What form(s) of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and Visa and Mastercard as well as debit cards with either the Visa or Mastercard logo. Payments can be made in the drop box in the front door or mailed to the office. For your convenience we can set up monthly automatic credit card processing.
Do you have insurance on my belongs?
No, we do not provide insurance. Most homeowners and renters insurance policies cover items in self storage. Please check with your insurance agentto make sure you are covered.
What is the temperature in your climate controlled units?
Our HVAC system is set to keep the temperature at no lower then 60 degrees and no higher then 75 degrees
Is there a minimun lease requirment?
We offer month to month leases. We have a discount program for yearly pre-pay plans.
How much notice must be given to move out?
You may vacate at any time. We do not prorate on the move out.
